Mużika Mużika - Maltese Song Festival

Mużika Mużika, is a Maltese Song Festival. This is the first edition of this festival. It is organised by Festivals Malta with the collaboration of the Government of Malta. The festival celebrates the Maltese song, so all songs are original compositions and lyrics and will be sung in Maltese. We will watch the festival broadcast live on Malta’s national television station, TVM. We hope you will watch it too. It is also being cast live on TVM’s Facebook.

The Competitors

There were 150 applicants for the festival and only 20 were chosen through auditions. These 20 songs will be competing during the first two evenings so that 12 are chosen to pass through to the finale on Saturday.

Then on Saturday night, the winner will be announced out of the last songs competing on that day.
