Eurovision Song Contest 2022, Emma Muscat and Malta

Emma Muscat Eurovision Malta

Despite her great performance, Emma Muscat, representing Malta in the Eurovision Song Contest 2022, has not managed to qualify for the grand final on Saturday coming.  Emma gave a great performance this evening, with her song, ‘I Am What I Am’. However, it was not enough to qualify her. Emma Muscat sang in sixth place in tonight’s 2nd round of the semi-finals, live in Turin, Italy.

Ironically, Australia has managed to qualify for the Grand Final. We say ironically as Australia is not even in Europe! Although this is explained here, we still can not comprehend why Australia can compete in this contest.

Last year, @Destiny represented Malta. We threw in a few reports which you can check out here.

It is a shame that Malta will not be in the finals on Saturday but we are sure that Malta Eurovision fans will still be watching and enjoying the contest via their TV sets, or together with the live audience in Turin.

We @EntertainmentMalta wish @EmmaMuscat well and lots of luck in her musical future.
